Here is a preview of the steps you will need to take to design the body of your dreams.
1. Take pictures of yourself
This step is “eye-opening” for some as they do not realize the damage that they have done to their body through the over-consuming of fatty foods and the lack of exercise. Many times people will be motivated to lose weight just by seeing a picture of their body.
Many people are reluctant to have a photo taken of them and this is understandable. These pictures will help you for your long-term goals and no matter how painful or embarrassing it is, you must take before pictures. No one has to see these pictures and you can hide them in a secret place. Your body is going to change dramatically in 6 weeks and you will be glad that you took these pictures. Progress is the best motivator for any weight loss plan and these pictures are the best way to determine how much weight you’ve lost. Seeing is believing!
First take a picture of yourself from the front, side and back. Try to show as much skin as possible. If you’re a man, wear your boxers or shorts. If you’re a woman, put on a bikini. If you are insecure about your appearance, then it’s perfectly okay to hide these pictures in a private place.
2. Design Your Body
Get a dark pen or marker and edit your pictures. The key is to design your body the way you’d like to see it. Go through the entire picture and redesign it. When going through this process shave off features that you have problems with. Do you have a lot of belly-fat? Rub it out with a black marker.
Visualizing your dream body is the first step in attaining your goals. Thinking positive and striving towards your goal of having a beautiful body is the first step in slimming down and burning fat on the 6 Week Body Makeover.

The 6 Week Body Makeover will allow you to lose weight while enjoying a variety of foods. However, if you want to lose MORE weight, you can start the Accelerated Body Sculpting. In this program you will learn how to sculpt your body! By now, you have already picked the type of body that you want. Picking the body type you want is important and can be performed with the Custom Body Sculpting Plan. Now, you will plan the Personal 18 Minute Body Sculpting Routine, each plan is designed so that you can walk through every part of the body sculpting process in order for you to get the results that you want.
If you can not wait, I urge you to start the program NOW. There's no time like the present to get off your butt and head out to the gym (or an area to exercise). If you are absolutely confused on what you should do, I recommend that you watch the "Workout Less" Precision Body Sculpting video first. This will show you the basics on how to warm up and perform the correct technique for each body sculpting movement. Once you've watched the movie, go back to your body sculpting plan to read the "secrets" of accelerated body sculpting.
According to the Michael Thurmond 6 Week Body Makeover, going to the gym is not always beneficial for weight loss. You might gain bulky muscles and become stronger, but this does not necessarily mean your body will start to reshape. For example, I see many people in the gym that are very strong and can lift a lot of weight. However, these "strong men" also have large guts and are not sculpted. Many physically fit are not necessarily "sculpted". There are a lot of people that go to the gym, life everyday and still have a large "beer belly". Many people are slaves to their gyms and want to give up when they do not see results. These become frustrated because they work out really hard but see little to no results.
Remember, it's not hard hard you work out, it's how smart you work out. If you are working out everyday and not seeing any results, it means one of two things:
1. You are not doing the correct exercises for the results you want
2. You are doing the exercises incorrectly.

It will only take a few minutes of your time and the best part is, once you have your plan together, you will only have to only work out 18 minutes, twice a week!
