6 Week Body Makeover - Designing Your Dream Body

1. Take pictures of yourself

Many people are reluctant to have a photo taken of them and this is understandable. No one has to see these pictures and you can hide them in a secret place. Your body is going to change dramatically in 6 weeks and you will be glad that you took these pictures. First take a picture of yourself from the front, side and back. Try to show as much skin as possible. If you’re a man, wear your boxers or shorts. If you’re a woman, put on a bikini. If you are insecure about your appearance, then it’s perfectly okay to hide these pictures in a private place.

2. Design Your Body

Get a dark pen or marker and edit your pictures. The key is to design your body the way you’d like to see it. Go through the entire picture and redesign it. When going through this process shave off features that you have problems with. Do you have a lot of belly-fat? Rub it out with a black marker.
