I saw an infomercial for the 6 Week Body Makeover and decided to try it. Heck, I need to lose a few pounds and all this talk about not having to diet and eat whatever I want AND lose weight sounds quite appealing to me. The program states that what some people eat might make them lose weight while making other people gain weight. The six week body make over focuses on choosing the right foods to eat based on the body blueprint that you take on their website (or booklet you receive with the package).
With summer around the corner, I could stand to lose a few lbs and get some lean muscle mass. Now, my purpose might be different from other people who have used this diet as I'm trying to become more lean and gain muscle weight. Also, like others, I have trouble with my eating habits and tend to eat whatever is available. I believe that if I had more structure to my diet, I would be able to eat healthier. I just need to shed a few pounds as I'm still shy when it comes to taking off my shirt in public. I play a lot of beach volleyball and it would be nice to be able to take off my shirt. I bought the plan and I'm currently waiting to see what's in the set. The set includes a DVD and a restaurant comparison and costs $139 ($119.94 for the product and $19.99 for the shipping) $20 for ground shipping? You can also do installment payments of $19.99 for 6 weeks, HOWEVER, it will take 4-5 weeks to ship if you do this payment method. It better be damn fast...seems like a hefty price for a DVD and some books? That's all for now, but if you want to learn more about this diet, stay tuned because my 6 week body makeover is on its way!
